Thanks guys. I used the 5" TV 127is refractor. At 660mm, the Moon is a bright object that is not possible to image with the SBIG, ST10 xmei ccd camera. I need to use two different filters stacked to tone the bright areas down. Also high clouds that night prevented good focus. Contrast is needed between areas to make you feel the mountains and impacts, especially around the outer rim of this big rock. Experiment will improve the future images and hopefully produce an image you never get tired of looking at.
