I don't know how many of you remember Ed Wemmerus and his wife Jeanne. He was a member of AOAS back in 2007 and '08. They were very active at the time.
At any rate, we received the sad news this week that Ed passed away on Tuesday of last week, 8/16/2011. Ed was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and it progressed very rapidly. He battled it for 6 months before it overcame him. Ed's funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Faith Methodist Church on Massard Road in Fort Smith if you would like to attend. May God be with him on his final journey.
