We will have our first Star Parties of the year, this weekend.

On Friday the 11th I will conduct a general presentation on the Solar System in the main classroom at the Janet Huckabee River Valley Nature Center, at around 6:30 pm. When that is complete, we will meet at our normal Star Party site, at the entrance to Well's Lake. We will setup telescopes to view the visible planets and a few deep sky objects.

On Saturday, May 12th, we will meet a sundown in the Lake Fort Smith Marina parking lot for a Star Party.

Members are encouraged to attend and bring your scopes.

There no charge and everyone is welcome to both events.

Non-members may bring your scopes as well. We can offer assistance to anyone not familiar with their equipment.

See you there!!! : Laughing Out Loud
