It seems like if it's not cloudy the moon is nearly full...

I managed to get more than 30min. on this one, but the moon was really bright.

Can any one tell me what are those verticle and horizontal lines in the image are? I’ve noticed ever since changing from color to monochrome (Meade DSIc B&W option) and tiff to fits, there are noticeable vertical and horizontal lines (checkered boarding) in all of my recent images. Is it due to a low res camera? It looks as if it's the pixel arrangement on the chip. Also, I'm no longer using the Meade software to combine and started using Deep Sky Tracker instead. Could that be causing those lines? Any suggestions on how to eliminate them?

Well I don't know if it is the same but I had the same kind of problem a few years back. I think you are correct in assuming it is a picture of the chip. Took me a while to find that it was the way I saved my images. I went from the high resolution of the camera and dropped to a jpg or similar. I found that if I kept the images in a tiff or something similar and then transfered them to jpg after processing the lines disappeared. Of course I could be wrong.
