Q: Every time I try to save any settings on "My Account" I get an error message saying my password doesn't match. I'm not trying to change my password!
A: If you don't want to change your password, then delete the password from both the New password and Confirm password fields. Then you should be able to save any other settings you've changed without entering your password.
