Hey all! After two solid weeks, I was finally able to get the Mak under clear skies. I decided to give the giant planet a shot today, the first time in 8 or 9 months. At 5:22AM this mammoth gas ball finally cleared our trees into my FOV, but the Great Red Spot had already scooted around the corner. Cry Oh well, there is always a next time... Wink This image is around 1000 frames stacked and capture by my SPC 900NC web cam attached to a 5" Mak. Seeing was good, but not great, under crystal clear skies and heavy freezing dew with the fog lurking just down the hill. It was really quite nice. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
