I have need of fast money. My attempts to get my neck operation has changed to a (now) neural implant candidate. In the next few weeks, I'll have a "countering-mechanism" inserted into my spinal sack with an internal battery under my skin to help defer most of my worst pain. I've had so many new bills that Medicare doesn't pay, I gotta sell some stuff. Almost anything I have.

If you know me and know what I have, make me an offer on anything you think you might like to buy. I'll be VERY fair with my asking price since I need so much money so badly. I have a Yamaha 225cc motorcycle to sell, a Meade MAK 7" OTA either alone or with your choice of dovetails, Losmandy or Vixen, a dew shield for that tube which also fits an 8" Meade (blue) tube, I have an 8" Dob (Orion), I have a green laser pointer, I have several eyepieces, such as Astro-Techs TMB Planetary eyepieces (EXCELLENT EP's) 4mm 7mm 9mm 15mm Titan by ATech as well, plus several others I'd part with, and I have a small water heater for a small bathroom, heats about 2.5gallons, 110v, (was to be mounted in our bathroom, but never got around to it, still brand new but out-of-box).

Let me know if anyone is interested in ANYTHING I might have. About the only thing I don't want to sell is my CG-5 mount, CR-6 refractor tube and my 102SLT refractor tube. Heck, I'd even consider selling my 12.5", 1/17th wave, f/7 primary mirror and the whole scope if you're interested. I also have a band saw for a small shop, I have a Victor cutting torch and oxy-acetylene bottles (owner's bottles but no current papers, no rental charges ever) and these I'd sell both for $100 since I don't have papers. If you already have cutting torch bottles, this could be a CHEAP second pair of large bottles, and a 6" disk and 4" belt sander. Make offers, I'm flexible, if interested.

Thanks folks
Bob

I also have an unused in new condition Orion Auto-Guider, the first one they offered a few years back. I'd take half price for this since there are several astrophotographers who might benefit from an inexpensive auto-guider....$125.00, and it works with any mount with an auto-guide port.

I also have a few of the Kendrick Dew Zapper strips, a 14" which I really will like the club to have that if we ever get CETUS remounted somewhere. But I also have a 7" strap, a 4" strap and a 2-to-3" strap for eyepieces and finder scopes. I also have the Kendrick 4-outlet power supply for the straps. I'll take 1/2 the current list price for any of these that anyone might want, and they also are all in new condition.

Thanks for looking anyway.

Bob

I have a sale of my TMB Planetary eyepieces in the works to Dave G so these are temporarily unavailable until he can have the opportunity to use them with his own scopes to test for compatibility. The 4mm, 7mm, 9mm, and the 15mm Astro-Tech are currently "off this list" until further notice.

I also realized that I have some Losmandy items I can sell since they are virtually duplicates. I have a set of Losmandy 4"-wide BASE plates for a 4" dovetail plate that will allow for any of several sets of Losmandy mounting rings to be attached, and I'll sell these alone, the base plates w/o rings for $22.50/ea or $40/pair. They are in perfect condition. I also have a pair of 108mm rings that can be attached to them or sold alone since by themselves, they can fit EITHER the VIXEN-sized mounting bases OR the 4" Losmandy as well. Rings alone for $22 ea or $40 for the pair. I also have a moto-focus for a Meade or Celestron 8"SCT that I'll ask $45 for.

I have also placed on CloudyNights, my DayStar H-alpha solar filter telescope 60mm, .5-angstrom Penta model (NEW I see is now $3000 w/10-yr warranty) and I'm asking a flat $2000 for this with the transferable warranty good through December 2019. THAT is a helluva deal if you ever wanted to see and photograph face of our Sun, solar prominences and surface granulation as well as white flare areas with this simple to use solar telescope. This is the .5 PENTA model if you go to DayStar web site to check out the item a little further.

PLEASE NOTE!

I have a couple of deals in the works on Cloudy Nights that will pull me out of this hole I'm in, so until further notice, please send me a message if you still want to make an offer on something, but the DayStar solar telescope and the Meade MAK 7" OTA, as well as the Victor torch and bottles are off the list until I either send them out or the deals on them falls through.

Thanks for those of you who were willing to help out as you have.

Thanks
Bob
