Hello everyone
I have been monitoring this forum for a few months and there are some good images here. This image of M17 is the results of 10 x 25s subs taken inside a city of 20K which means a severe light polution problem. The scope is a Celestron C8 @ F10 and the camera was an unmoded Canon DSLR.

Hi James -

Interesting image. I can't comment too much on the processing since I haven't done much astroimaging myself. I'm in the process of getting all the equipment together to do astroimaging, so I'll be joining the ranks soon myself. Hopefully we can compare images sometime down the road.
