Gorgeous! There's so much structure in the image. I assume this is a composite of H-alpha, H-beta, and O-III plus luminance? How many each and for how long?

It only consists of 6 15min subs with H-α and 6 15min subs of O-III.
H-α is mapped to red, O-III to blue and a synthetic green channel is made with both of them using the technique found here: http://www.starrywonders.com/bicolortechniquenew.html.
Then to get those tones you use selective color in PS to make it look "more appealing". More or less the technique found here: http://bf-astro.com/hubblep.htm
Finally, for the luminance layer I used the H-α channel. Sometimes I rather combine the H-&alpha and O-III for luminance.
