Unfortunately, weather conditions have forced AOAS to cancel the annual Holiday Dinner Meal. Please come and see us at the first meeting of 2014, on Jan 10th.

Sorry to have to send our regrets regarding this year's dinner and meeting. Loretta and I will be unable to attend. I am in recovery at our daughter's house in Missouri,
following successful major surgery on Nov. 20 in Springfield, MO. I am scheduled for follow-up lab tests on Dec. 23 and follow-up meeting with my surgeon on Dec. 27.
With any luck on my continued recovery we hope to be able to make it back for the January meeting.
When anyone else talked about their surgery I have always joked that I am having brain surgery in a short time later. Jokingly saying that I am really having one installed.
Well, fortunately all my past medical test we not for that. Doctors thought my warped mind was ok, but other parts of me were not. Anyway, I am on the mend now and
hoping to get back to normal before long.
